TO THE MOTHER'S CHURCH OF SCIENTIFIC CHRISTIANITY

Five generations (around 125 years) ago, a well-educated New England [USA] lady inclined to the higher ideals of modern society, discovered the Science in Christ Jesus' healing teachings. For four generations, the denominations resisted under The Second, "Great" Commandment (EX20:4-6). Now as the fifth and healing, final generation draws down, Mercy openly signs its closure.

As one would not hedge a crawling infant's play with thorny roses -- either for the babe's guidance and instruction, or for guarding against baby smugglers -- the invitation herein in no wise limits, teaches, or safeguards Christian Science for the bald newcomer. The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts, makes specific requirements on its own church-hold of Members and Branches, and for the present, makes possible for new adherents of this Science to join the Cause and Movement. Differences abound, but the major distinctions between denominations can be redressed, and so resolved. This article attempts only to depict the freeway route to Christian Science, per the writings and rules of Rev. Mary Baker Eddy, Pastor Emeritus, Leader: The mathematical will find a filament of truth leading onto a proven result; the medical will find a clean, white line coursing through its hospitality.

The teachings herein are not secularized nor classified: Sunday School pupils, Primary Class students, Normal Class graduates, scholars, researchers, astronomers, scientists, and governments, will find this coursework timely, modern, global, historical, and democratic.
